400 Calories or 30 Minutes -- Whatever Comes First . . .
It was a slushy run at the Quay this morning. The Fraser River was a churning mass of dark grey water; I bet it was cold too. A workout in zero-degree weather is actually not that bad. Mind you, a person's vanity takes a backseat to the headband that covers the ball cap that covers the bed-head hair.
Zero-degree temperatures and zero-pound weight loss. Gaining weight is much easier than losing weight.
